Phoenix Real Estate
As the 5th
largest city in the United States and the capital of Arizona, Phoenix offers
home buyers everything they could want in a city. Phoenix has maintained a steady growth streak
since 2000, growing by 25%, this makes it the 2nd largest
metropolitan area followed only by Las Vegas.
As you enter Phoenix you might notice the sprawling low profile of the
Valley with two high-rise downtown districts.

Phoenix Homes
The downtown area has
been experienced a major renovation since the building of U.S Airways (Home to
NBA team Phoenix Suns) and the newly renamed Chase Ballpark (MLB-Arizona
Diamondbacks) and we are proud to introduce Arizona’s first light-rail. The
light rail goes through much of downtown and has made getting to and around the
downtown area much easier. Fine
restaurants, nightclubs, coffeehouses and shopping line the streets in the
Arizona Center and continue to draw hundreds of people everyday. Many of the shops and restaurants here
incorporate the themes of Phoenix early history with culture and community
events. Other attractions in Downtown include;
Phoenix Museum of History,
Phoenix Art Museum, the Park at Patriots Square, and Copper Square which
is full square mile hotspot for activities and action.
The western part of
the city has the highest growth rate and continues to expand towards
California. Most homes here were largely developed in the 1980’s and are priced
very moderately. California businesses
are continually moving their operations to the area due its easy highway access
and relatively inexpensive land cost.
Shopping in the west can be found at Desert Sky Mall or the newer
Arrowhead Towne Center Mall. Located in
this area is Cricket Pavilion, a grand open air entertainment amphitheater.
Buying a home in Phoenix doesn’t necessarily mean you will be living in the city. As I mentioned before Phoenix is very very large and they are plenty of well maintained suburbs and subdivisions throughout. If you were to head north of the City towards our picturesque Camelback Mountain you will notice the homes get progressively luxurious. Homes in North Phoenix can range from $200,000 to the multi-millions. This area includes Arizona’s prestigious Biltmore Area, which is lined with up-scale shopping and dining.
