commercial aircrafts to single engine planes.
Eventually Williams-Gateway will serve as a major reliever airport for
Phoenix Sky-Harbor which is only about 25 minutes away.
This town
has a reputation for being one of the welcoming and safest regions in the area.
In fact according to FBI records Gilbert was the largest city in the United
States with zero murders in 2005. Although there are some older, large custom
homes with big front lawns, most of the homes you'll see are of the newer
variety, so they will be more energy efficient and modern. You can also still find some horse property,
acreage, and agricultural areas in the eastern part of Gilbert. The average
price for a home in Gilbert is around $200,000.
