Arizona to get a boom in BioScience jobs

Wednesday, January 13th, 2010 at 10:49am. 42 Views, 0 Comments.

For the past few years lawmakers and top business execs have been pushing for more BioScience jobs in the State.  There lobbying has paid off, Arizona is now the leading state in this industry for job growth and new companies, despite the tough economy. Over the last year Arizona has added just under 5,000 jobs to this sector.  This is a much needed boost for our State economy.  Most jobs that fall in this industry are highly educated people and pay well. As we start to pull out of this recession it is even more important that our states remains one of the best new places for high technology jobs.

Monday, January 11th, 2010 at 11:13am. 30 Views, 0 Comments.

It is a historic time in the real estate market right now.  On top of the government incentive programs, record low interet rates, home's being more affordable now than in the last 10 years, there is still icing on the cake.  I am pleased to offer anyone interested a mortgage company in the Valley that is only requiring a 1% down payment for a FHA insurable loan.  How can they do this you ask?  I would love to put you in touch with the company as well as walk you through the entire home buying process.

Have a Great New Year!

More jobs will bring new life to our economy.  The question is what is the best way to make this happen?

I help many people across the valley to sell and buy short sales, foreclosures, and investment properties. I work in Tempe,…
