Home Prices Increase for First time since 2005!

According to the The S&P/Case-Shiller home-price index rose 1.2 percent in July from the prior month, the biggest gain since October 2005, the group said yesterday in New York.  This is a major step foward in the Real Estate world.  A large part of this reason is owed to low borrowing costs and numerous government incentives.   Here is a link to the aritcle posted on Bloomberg.com http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&sid=aiSeuqzVLJWQ

Hello my name is Justin Botner; I’m a local Realtor in the valley.

If you are a new home buyer and looking for that extra motivation to jump into the market let me share two incentives. First is the government giving up to $8,000 tax credit to new home buyers if they close a home by the end of November. Next the Federal Reserve announced their plans to continue to keep interests low, further stimulating the economy.  This announcement as brought interests rates to the lowest in six months.  A 30 year mortgage at 4.9% and a 15 year at 4.4%.

So if you’ve been hesitant to purchase these two incentives should get you going. There are many great homes available in Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler and so many more.

Hello my name is Justin Botner a Realtor in the valley.

As a first time home buyer or just moving to a new home there are a lot of factors to consider.  One very important factor is finding the right School.  Luckily here in the valley we have a list of “A+” schools provided by the Arizona Educational Foundation.  They have put together a list of fantastic schools around the valley including: Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert and many others.  Please visit their website and make a great decision for your family and your children's future.

Time is almost running out to take advantage of the $8K tax credit

Tuesday, September 29th, 2009 at 5:52pm. 22 Views, 0 Comments.

As I'm sure your all aware the $8,000 tax credit President Obama passed this year is almost coming to final days.  In order to recieve the tax credit you must have closed on the property by Dec 1,2009.  Becasue of this incentive we are seeing a huge rush of first-time buyers coming into the market.  With so many buyers out there it is making it tougher for buyers to get the first property they want.  My suggestion is if you fall into this category please give us a call as soon as possible in order to get the best deal and the house that is right for you!
